No Refunds for Usage

  • Refunds are not available for payments where subscription usage has taken place. This includes instances where any API credit has been spent or any database file has been downloaded.

Refunds for Non-Usage

  • If no usage has occurred, refunds may be requested by contacting our support team, though they are not guaranteed.
  • Each refund request will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis.

Subscription Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time in the IPIFY user area.
  • Navigate to the Subscriptions tab and select "Cancel subscription."
